  From the South: Take 495 N
Take exit 20 for Hopkinton / Milford
Turn left at the ramp on to Rt-85 i.e. Cedar Street, go for .3 miles
Turn left on to Fortune Blvd; drive for .9 miles
Turn right on to 425 Fortune Blvd. From the driveway take the first left
The building is at the bottom of the driveway.  If you reach RT-16 / E Main St, you’ve gone too far

From the North: Take 495 S

Take a right on to 425 Fortune Blvd. From the driveway take the first left
