      – on wages, occupations, and workforce characteristics information

      – Federal Work Opportunity Tax credit
      – MA Workforce Training Fund

• Assistance in meeting Affirmative Action and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements
  
  
• Unemployment Insurance information
      – Employer site claim filing services for large or seasonal lay-offs
      – State Rapid Response Team assistance for major downsizing and plant

• On-going employer focus groups to identify your needs and inform you of
  current initiatives and developments
  
  The above services are available at no cost.  Additional in-depth services are also available at reasonable cost including:
      – employee abilities and skills verification testing
      – Adult basic skills testing in English and math etc.
