We know it’s tough to find a job when you have a criminal record (CORI). More employers than ever are doing background checks and your record may be hurting your chances. Other issues may be hurting your chances as well.

Our New Leaf Program helps you prepare for your next job. The program consists of the New Leaf Workshop and working with staff who understand your situation.

You’ll need to be prepared to confront and overcome barriers to employment you may have, and work hard with us to get a job. You can do it, and we can help you.

After the Career Center Seminar, the New Leaf Workshop is your next step, and will cover strategies you can use to overcome your CORI, prepare for your next job, seal your criminal record and understand what employers are really looking for from you.
